Spring is in the air, and you know the feeling. You want to fling open the windows, stretch, and emerge from the winter’s rest. The days grow longer so we naturally want to shed our winter coats. And…maybe shed a few pounds or winter blahs. The desire for lightness is universal. And nature is leading the way.
Did you know that what and how we eat can reflect this change of the season and help us to feel more refreshed and light on the inside and out? Join us for a fun workshop on how we can use the wisdom of Ayurveda and mama nature to help usher in spring. We will talk about various ways we can add more greens and tasty smoothies to our diet, focusing on spring flavors and as much local produce as possible. So come with a notebook and your shopping bags! Each participant will be given recipes to make at home and to put a spring in their step.
