Join VQM Executive Director, Alicia Thomas, in our conservation lab to get an up-close look at 8 hand quilted treasures from our collection. Examine the quilting of pieces ranging from the 1840s to present day. See double-wreathes, cross-hatching, clamshells, and more designs done in incredible detail.

These special presentations are limited to 10 people allowing participants to examine the quilts carefully while learning about the history of the pieces and how VQM cares for it’s collection. Questions are encouraged.
