The Men’s Performance Group is a small-group fitness class designed to maximize strength, power, endurance, and mobility. This class is perfect for men with aches and pains from work or from taking care of kids who want to build their resilience to injury to bulletproof themselves and gain clearer focus on the things that matter: the health and longevity to be able to provide for your family for as long as life will allow, the strength to accomplish things others might not be capable of, the energy to play with your kids on their terms, the mobility and quality of movement to be able to enjoy retirement when it comes.
