New Years Resolution – Six Week Fitness Challenge

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 14, 2023
Horizons Edge’s six-week challenges help parents who want to a jumpstart to their fitness with a community who all want to lose weight, feel better about themselves, and enjoy doing it and pushing one another toward a common goal. Classes take place in Horizons Edge’s fitness center and are focused on a combination of cardio, core training, and strength training. Participants will be training twice a week for six weeks, and will get the chance to see their body composition analysis both before and after completing the challenge! Work with highly skilled and knowledgeable coaching staff who are truly invested in your success!
