Senior Strength – Group Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until December 18, 2023
This Strength Training Group Class is designed to get you strong and mobile in a way that challenges you in aspects of balance, endurance, and strength. In this class, Coach Lohr will work to help you: reduce pain from old injuries so you can experience the better years of life without being distracted by pain, increase your strength and endurance so you can do more of the activities you enjoy with the people you love, reduce your risk of falls and subsequent injuries by improving balance and muscular power!
