LA FINCA CIDER
Meaning “the farm” in Spanish, La Finca is inspired by Sidra Natural, the traditional style of cider in Asturias on Spain’s northern coast. Tart, dry, and funky, this cider is wild-fermented in American oak barrels using the native yeast from the fruit, showcasing the natural expression of the orchard. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and uncarbonated, La Finca evolves in bottle over time for a wild & wonderful sipping experience that pairs beautifully with blue cheeses, fatty meats, and tangy olives.
