Valentine’s 4-Course Dinner at Sage Bird Ciderworks with the Ridge Room

Sage Bird Ciderworks and The Ridge Room presents a Valentine’s cider-paired, seated dinner in the taproom. Enjoy a nice night out as Sage Bird transforms into a fine dining restaurant.
A cider reception of cheese & charcuterie opens at 5:30pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 beginning with an appetizer course, followed by a main entree, and closes with a dessert, all carefully paired with Sage Bird ciders.
All meals are entirely gluten free & your choice of dishes will be selected upon registration
