Women’s Performance Class – Group Fitness

An event every week that begins at 7:30 am on Wednesday and Friday, repeating until December 19, 2023
This class focuses on improving many elements of health and the human experience. While the exercise sessions in the class will help with weight loss, improving body composition, and general strength, other important benefits include the following: improved mental health and clarity of focus, accountability through a community of like-minded women with similar goals, confidence not only in yourself but also in what your body is capable of, and increased knowledge of the facts behind wellness and how your habits influence one another and you, in turn.
Classes will combine aspects of cardio, strength training, and mobility to help you get the most out of your time and to keep you engaged in the class. Classes will be run by the Fitness Director, Coach Lohr and will last between 45 minutes and an hour.
