Join us in Ralph Sampson Park on Saturday, September 9 from 12:00pm-6:00pm for the 27th Annual Harrisonburg-Rockingham African American Festival. Enjoy an afternoon of entertainment, fellowship, activities, crafts, art, music, food, exhibitors and more! The purpose of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham African-American Festival (HRAAF) is to create unity, promote family and celebrate heritage and diversity through expressions of faith and love.
