Eggstraordinary Egg Hunt- Adaptive Egg Hunt

Join us for our second adaptive egg hunt. This egg hunt will be located inside the Simms Center gymnasium and is open to any individual with physical or cognitive disabilities. Drop in on March 23 any time between 10am and 12pm and find 10 eggs to collect your prize! Friends and siblings are welcome to join.
Adaptions will include:
-Beeping eggs for visually impaired participants
-easy to reach eggs at varying heights
-magnetic eggs with “wand” so participants can collect eggs with out having to grasp or bend over
– small number of participants in the gym at a time
– flat gym floor for easy maneuvering
– enclosed space with doors that can be shut to prevent elopement
