Fun foodie class with extras!
Class will include instruction, an ultra premium fresh olive oil & 18yr aged sweet Italian balsamic tasting, and all the foods that we will be cutting, carving, folding, and shaping with a windowed take home box to carry decorated items home in to enjoy. We will provide all the necessary tools and instruction during our hands on lessons for cutting, carving, folding and shaping of our fruits, veggies, meats and cheese into beautiful edible decorations. We will discuss history, tips & tricks for staging a full charcuterie board or grazing table, pairing suggestions for various meats, cheeses, wines, and the accompaniments to make great charcuterie boards in many wonderful combinations. We will also provide everyone with the link to our page dedicated to helpful tips, ideas, links, and photos we have found across the web, as well as a downloadable shopping list to help with your future charcuterie shopping and crafting!
This class will be held at the Valley Mall in Harrisonburg, VA in the prior Yankee Candle Co. storefront.
Class will begin at 6:30pm on Thursday, March 7th, and will take approximately an hour.
*Class is restricted to 16 years and up due to safety with cutting/carving tools.
