Herbs for the Solstice

Join Trisha Brown Leweke, owner of Mother Bear Medicinals, for Solstice wisdom from the Wise Women Tradition. Learn about herbs and activities that support deep rest, dreaming, immunity, and the return of the sun.
This class is open to all people, young and old, who want to continue engaging in the world, and creating healthy communities. During this event the café will be closed to the public and we will set up our new partition wall at the entrance to provide privacy and encourage meaningful conversations.
Cost: $10/$5 for Owners

$10/$5 for Owners. Class size will be limited so sign up soon. Your registration/payment secures your spot in the class. Register and pay on our website, in person at the co-op, or with your Co-Go online order. Owners receive a $5 discount, as always. We hope to see you there!
