Let’s flow in an uplifting practice designed to increase energy, heat things up, and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. We will give thanks for the abundance of life through a lively and dynamic yoga practice, breathwork, meditation, and a deep savasana. This is an all-levels practice, though some yoga experience is suggested (and a playful spirit!) Bring a water bottle, a mat if you have one, and an attitude of gratitude
