Join us for a unique and innovative take on our traditional wine and cheese event, Wine and Cheese in the Trees.
The evening’s presentation will feature the origin story of German’s Fresh Air Farms, a pasture-based small animal farm that focuses on holistic approaches to animal husbandry and artisan food production as well as a brief overview of the Wine and Cheese menu by Chef Fred German. Registration is required.
JMU Dining Services will provide delicious hors d’oeuvres that include ingredients derived from locally sourced ingredients with a variety of thirst-quenching beverages, including wine and beer, chosen to compliment the flavors. Fred German, Executive Chef for JMU Dining Services, will be available to chat with guests about how they developed a lovely meal for the event. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and alcoholic beverage options will be available for purchase at our cash bar (registration includes one free beverage ticket upon entry).
